Yes, a 360° parcel opening video is mandatory for any return, exchange, or damage claim.
9. How should the unboxing video be recorded?
The video must:
- Start before opening the parcel (sealed condition)
- Clearly show the parcel label
- Be continuous (no cuts or edits)
- Show the product clearly after opening
10. What happens if I don’t have an unboxing video?
Without a proper 360° unboxing video, we will not be able to process any return, refund, or exchange request.
11. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact us within 24–48 hours with your unboxing video proof, and we will resolve the issue quickly.
12. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
